Anna FFA 2025 CDE state qualifying teams

This year has been one for the record books for our FFA chapter! From leadership growth to community impact, we’ve worked hard, learned even more, and celebrated many achievements together.

Leadership Development

Members participated in leadership meetings to sharpen their skills and themed chapter meetings to build lasting connections and relationships. We also had the opportunity to take eleven kids to the 97th Annual National FFA Convention where our senior FFA member Presley Merritt got awarded National Champion for her Small Animal Production and Care Proficiency.

Community Service

We gave back through impactful events like Kids against hunger, Angel Tree, and bringing flowers to the elderly—serving with purpose and heart.

Fundraising for Our Future

Through the Blue & Gold Sales and the Telethon, we raised funds to support our chapter and its mission.

Chapter & Community Engagement

At our expos, we proudly showcased all that FFA offers to parents and our community—demonstrating the wide reach and impact of our work.

Outstanding Competition Results:

  • Our Radio Broadcasting team advanced to state for Leadership Development Events (LDEs).
  • Six teams competed at the state level in Career Development Events (CDEs).
  • We had multiple individuals place in the top 10 at state competitions!
  • And we’re proud to announce our Homesite Evaluation team is heading to Nationals!
  • We were also named a 3 Star Chapter which is the highest National ranking you can get!

“What does FFA mean to you?”

“FFA is more than just an organization to me it’s my second family. Through my time in FFA, I’ve not only developed invaluable speaking and problem-solving skills, but I’ve also gained a deeper understanding of what it truly means to be hardworking and dedicated. FFA has shaped me into a confident leader, taught me the power of perseverance, and shown me the importance of working towards something greater than myself. It has empowered me to face challenges head-on and grow both personally and professionally.” – McKenzie (Anna FFA Member, Class of 2027)

“FFA has profoundly impacted me, not just as a student, but as a person. It has played a pivotal role in shaping me into a leader who is committed to ensuring that others feel welcomed, valued, and supported as they find their place within this incredible organization. Through FFA, I’ve learned the importance of inclusivity, of reaching out to others, and making sure no one feels left behind. The friendships and relationships I’ve built along the way are priceless, and they are ones I know will last a lifetime. FFA has not only helped me grow as a leader but has enriched my life with connections and experiences that will continue to guide and inspire me for years to come.” – Krista Daily (Anna FFA Committee Chair, Class of 2027)

“FFA has opened countless doors for me and provided opportunities I never could have imagined. It has helped me branch out, explore new possibilities, and build a name for myself in ways that have shaped my future. Through FFA, I’ve gained invaluable knowledge and skills that have enriched my personal and professional life. Most importantly, it has allowed me to build lasting bonds with incredible people who share my passion and drive. These relationships and experiences will continue to shape who I am and who I strive to become, both in FFA and beyond.” – Mikayla Celeste (Anna FFA Member, Class of 2026)
