Anna, TX — September may be underway, but summer temperatures are showing little interest in leaving Anna, with highs near 100 degrees expected to continue through much of the upcoming week.
Sunday is forecast to be sunny and hot with a high near 99 degrees. Light and variable winds are expected to become easterly during the day before mostly clear skies Sunday night, when temperatures are forecast to fall to around 77.
Monday will bring another hot and sunny day, with temperatures reaching around 100 degrees. Mostly clear conditions are expected Monday night with a low around 77.
Tuesday is also forecast to reach 100 degrees under sunny skies, followed by a mostly clear night and a low around 76. Temperatures are expected to dip only slightly Wednesday and Thursday, with highs near 99 degrees both days and overnight lows around 76.
By the end of the week, temperatures are forecast to ease a little further. Friday is expected to be mostly sunny with a high near 98 degrees before a mostly clear night and a low around 75. Saturday is forecast to remain sunny with a high near 98.
No rain currently appears in the seven-day forecast, leaving Anna with another predominantly sunny and hot week as summer-like conditions continue into September.
